Some kids are excited to lose their teeth and get money from the tooth fairy. Just like with anything else, kids have their own way of dealing with it. In the United States and elsewhere, we place the tooth under the child's pillow, or in a special container near their bed, and overnight, the tooth fairy (the child's parents if we're being honest) replaces the tooth with money, a treat, or some other special gift. Everyone goes through it, and everyone has their own rituals. See all 5 of my free Tooth Fairy receipts here.If your child lost a tooth, congratulations! Losing a tooth is a rite of passage for kids. I wanted to keep it simple because everyone has their own Tooth Fairy stories and making them too involved can get you into trouble. I hope you like the Tooth Fairy message for your child that I wrote in this note.
